某化工(gōng)廠在生(shēng)産農藥燕麥靈中間體時,排放(fàng)出含鹽質量濃度高(gāo)達20 g/L,CODCr為(wèi)14~16 g/L的有毒廢水(shuǐ).采用三相(xiàng)蒸餾+水(shuǐ)解酸化+缺氧+接觸氧化組合工(gōng)藝處理該廢水(shuǐ)的工(gōng)程經過5個(gè)月(yuè)的調試,出水(shuǐ)達到(dào)工(gōng)業(yè)園區排放(fàng)标準.通(tōng)過水(shuǐ)解酸化後,廢水(shuǐ)的CODCr/BOD5從(cóng)0.12上(shàng)升到(dào)0.32.工(gōng)程調試過程中缺氧+接觸氧化段極為(wèi)關鍵,通(tōng)過小(xiǎo)幅度逐步的提高(gāo)進水(shuǐ)鹽濃度,有效地馴化了微生(shēng)物(wù),使之适應了高(gāo)濃度鹽環境并提高(gāo)了其活性,CODCr的去除率從(cóng)23%上(shàng)升到(dào)70%.
